Yes, and it is the job we do most. We tow bikes to your repair shop, mechanic, dealership or home address anywhere in South East Queensland, 24 hours a day. Tell us where it needs to go when you book and we handle the rest.
Yes. Non-running, damaged and crashed motorcycles are all routine for us. We carry winch gear and the right loading equipment, so a bike that cannot roll or steer is still no problem. Let us know the condition when you book so we bring the right setup.
Yes. Motorcycles in our care are covered to $100,000 for accidental damage in transit, and a further $100,000 covers loading, unloading and winching, which is when handling damage is most likely to happen. Ironhorse also carries $20 million public liability. Our cover is held through Allianz and NTI, and we can provide a certificate of currency on request.
For the best pick-up window, book 3-7 days ahead. Need urgent transport? Reach out and we can usually fit same-day or next-day moves depending on your route.
Yes, keep fuel to around 1/4 tank. It is safer for loading and compliant with transport requirements while still leaving enough fuel for delivery checks.
Small fixed luggage is usually fine, but loose items should be removed before pick-up. This prevents shifting in transit and protects your gear.
No problem. Let us know about any modifications when booking: extended forks, wide handlebars, custom exhausts and the like. This helps us ensure we have the right equipment for safe loading.

Yes. Non-running bikes can be transported with the right prep. Let us know the condition during booking so we can allocate suitable loading gear.
