Yes. Workshop and dealership transfers are among our most common services. We provide local motorcycle transport throughout Brisbane and Moreton Bay, 24 hours a day. Pre-booked long-distance transport from Brisbane is also available, including routes to the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Trips up to 230 km can be quoted and booked online, and interstate transport is available on request.
For local work, trips up to 230 km can be quoted and booked online straight away: enter your pickup and drop-off and you see your price before you book. Interstate transport works differently. Send your pickup address, drop-off address and bike details through the quote request form on our Interstate page. That is a quote request only, not a booking, and no payment is taken. Yes. Non-running, damaged and crashed motorcycles are all routine for us. We carry winch gear and the right loading equipment, so a bike that cannot roll or steer is still no problem. Let us know the condition when you book so we bring the right setup.
Yes. Motorcycles in our care are covered to $100,000 for accidental damage in transit, and a further $100,000 covers loading, unloading and winching, which is when handling damage is most likely to happen. Ironhorse also carries $20 million public liability. Our cover is held through Allianz and NTI, and we can provide a certificate of currency on request.
For the best pick-up window, book 3-7 days ahead. Need urgent transport? Reach out and we can usually fit same-day or next-day moves depending on your route.
Yes, keep fuel to around 1/4 tank. It is safer for loading and compliant with transport requirements while still leaving enough fuel for delivery checks.
Small fixed luggage is usually fine, but loose items should be removed before pick-up. This prevents shifting in transit and protects your gear.
No problem. Let us know about any modifications when booking: extended forks, wide handlebars, custom exhausts and the like. This helps us ensure we have the right equipment for safe loading.
